Ordering & Access

How do I get my product after I buy it?
Every product on Modern Digital Market is delivered instantly. After checkout, you can download your file(s) directly from the confirmation page, and you’ll also receive a download link by email. You can access your purchases anytime by logging into My Account → Downloads.

I didn’t receive my download email. What do I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, log into My Account → Downloads — your files should be listed there regardless of the email. If you still can’t find them, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resend access within 24–48 hours.

Do I need an account to purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to re-download your files later without searching through email.

Is there a limit to how many times I can download a file?
No — once you’ve purchased a product, you have lifetime access to re-download it through My Account.

Products & Formats

What file formats do your products come in?
Most ebooks and guides are PDF. Templates and planners are typically PPTX (editable in Canva or PowerPoint) with a PDF version included. Spreadsheets are XLSX (Excel/Google Sheets compatible). Each product page lists the exact format under “What’s inside.”

Can I edit the templates and planners?
Yes — most templates are built to be customized. If a product includes an editable file, you can import it into Canva or open it directly in PowerPoint/Excel to personalize it.

Can I print your printables and planners?
Yes, all printables and planner PDFs are designed to print cleanly on standard letter-size paper.

Do you offer physical/printed copies?
No — everything on Modern Digital Market is digital-only. There is no physical shipping.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through our checkout system, supporting major credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout.

Can I get a refund?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, refunds are limited to specific situations — like a technical error preventing access, or receiving a corrupted file. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

I was charged twice for the same order. What do I do?
Contact us at [email protected] with both order numbers, and we’ll refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Licensing & Usage

Can I resell your products?
No. Products are licensed for your personal or business use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or upload our files to other marketplaces. See our full Terms and Conditions for details.

Can I use a template for a client project?
Yes, you can use templates and tools for your own client work. You just can’t redistribute the original template file itself as a standalone product.
